Instruction Services
The Veterinary Medical Library and Bio-Medical Library provide library instruction that teaches students, faculty, and staff to fully utilize library resources and materials, as well as to develop lifelong information seeking skills. We offer two types of classes:
- Library Workshops are in-house sessions open to all University students, staff and faculty regarding a variety of library resources and research techniques.
- Librarians provide course-integrated instruction to enhance and support teaching and learning. In consultation with instructors, sessions are designed to teach skills and resources specific to a course or assignment. Interested faculty should contact André Nault to request a customized session.
Classes are free for all University of Minnesota affiliates.
