Ordering Materials for Delivery

• Ordering Materials Owned by the University Libraries : There are several options available for ordering materials owned by one of the U of M-TC libraries. Services of particular interest to distance education students, staff, and faculty are highlighted below.

• PhotoDelivery: Provides photocopies for a fee from journals and books owned at the Bio-Medical Library
• Pull Service for Books and Videos: Free pull and hold service for circulating books and videos owned at the Bio-Medical Library.
• Libraries to U Provides on- and off-campus delivery of books and photocopies. Free and fee-based services.
• Point to Point Provides delivery of currently available U of M-TC library materials to a library on a different campus or bank.

Ordering Materials NOT Owned by the University Libraries : Current students, staff, and faculty may use interlibrary loan to order library materials not owned in a campus library.

• Bio-Medical Library Interlibrary Loan (ILL) : Provides copies of articles or loan of books not owned on campus. For students, staff, and faculty in the health sciences only.
• Interlibrary Loan (ILL) for Patrons in Non-Health Sciences Programs : Provides copies of articles or loan of books not owned on campus. For students, staff, and faculty in non-health sciences programs (those in health sciences programs should use the Bio-Medical Library's direct ILL service listed above).
